saw the poll today. My favourite of the album is "In between days". In retrospect, it might be my definite song of the cure. Succinct (2:57 min long only), simple, infectious, danceable,energetic and a little sad. The same thing can be said with another favourite of mine, Age of Consent by New Order. In fact both songs came from the same era and bore the signature of their time. Maybe it's my favourite period musically?
(Heck. I was wrong above. I have just found out that people thought that In Between Days were in fact The Cure doing New Order. And they both feature I-IV chord procession which is a trademark of New Order.  So I still have a thing for New-orderish songs.)In Between Days (Note the sound quality is low)

Age of consent (the whooping and the stamping drum at the end is CLASSIC! This song is my staple "break-up" song because it's sad and liberating at the same time. Oh Jesus I love this song and the album cover.)
